How's It Work?

Timelines

A typical basement finish will take 5-6 weeks depending on finish levels. This is obviously subject to change based on item availability and delivery timelines.

Bathroom remodels will typically take 2-3 weeks.

Kitchen remodels will take 2-4 weeks depending on design.

Initial Meeting

The first step in the process includes two major parts. First we will take some time to get to know you! We want to know what you need as well as what you want out of your new space. We will have some general questions to help with design style and how to best maximize the available area. The second part is taking measurements for our renderings and estimates based on our conversations.

Design Stage

Now it starts to get fun! During this stage we will help you with the details of the design. We have dozens of recommended vendors to choose your cabinet, paint, lighting and flooring options from.

Construction

The building process consists of a few major phases. Framing, followed by electrical and plumbing "rough in". We then insulate the walls if requested and begin putting up drywall. Once drywall is complete we will prime your new walls and paint the ceiling. Tile will begin to go in once the new walls are sealed and primed. We will typically paint the walls and then add doors/trim, although the order may change based on the project.

Finishing Touches

At this point the cabinets, countertops and lighting fixtures are added. LVP or tile flooring is installed. (Carpeted applications are installed as the very last item on projects that require it) Hardware is installed as well as any faucets and trim.
